Merry Christmas to all! We hope everyone has a happy holiday!!

We are so very thankful for all of our horses, family, and friends this year! Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

My amazing team of family, friends (clients), and horses all made it home from Tulsa, OK yesterday evening in excellent shape!! It was a show for the books with... the typical highs and lows (Yikes, some crazy low temperatures ). To say it takes a village is the understatement of the year. We pour SO much sweat, blood, and tears into this industry and I wouldn’t have it any other way. This year really helped put into perspective the importance of the people who we surround ourselves with. About half way into our trip home, we had a slight scare with my truck hauling our seven horse trailer. 5 of the 8 lug nuts sheared off my front right tire. By the grace of God, we didn’t loose the tire and were pulling over before any real damage could be done to the horses or ourselves... Luckily I drive like a granny! Again, I can’t thank my team enough! Everyone stepped right up and made what could have been a stressful and scary situation into one of security, support, and efficiency (with some stress breaking laughs as well). I’ve also got to shout out to Allen Quarter Horses in Effingham, IL for welcoming us to their barn to layover with last minute notice. They are truly some TOP NOTCH people, as well as their lovely (and heated) facility. We will definitely be laying over there in the future!! So, with all that said... I hope everyone else had safe trips home! Not to sound all preachy but be sure to hug your loved ones a little tighter, give a little extra thanks at Thanksgiving and Christmas, and enjoy all these crazy photos from our crazy life style.
