If you put in the work you’ll always receive your reward. Mona may have an injury but she put the work in during her March classes and I saw her, whether she knows or not, punching and doing her technique in the back of class.

Outdoor classes are my favorite classes.

For just $10, children (or adults) learn how to break boards using punches and kicks. They will then demonstrate by breaking 3 boards on their own! This event is always a whole lot of fun! I would love to see Pikachu, Batman or even a Disney Princess break some boards! At this event, we ar...e asking all family members to wear a mask and socially distance. It was great talking to my students tonight about when I won a Gold Medal in track at the ‘84 Olympics.

GOALS will be LIVE tonight, just like every other Monday at 6:30pm. I have something special in store for everyone tonight!

I LOVE the Fall Weather. It makes me so happy that I am going to do something crazy this weekend. In addition to my regularly scheduled virtual classes I am going to do in-person classes too. Saturday Classes:... Online - 11am In-Person (Everyone is Invited) - 1pm Address: Pennypack on the Delaware Park. If using GPS, use address 7801 State Road. This will take you to an intersection with an access road (you’ll see a big blue sign that says Riverview Homes) near Rhawn street, turn onto that road east into the park towards the river.
