COME TRY KAYLA'S FF CLASS!! M,W,F 5:30AM OR 4:30PM. First class is FREE!! COME JOIN THE FUN!! What is Functional Fitness (FF)? FF is natural movements, that need no formal instruction...however, due to the 21st Century, natural movements are being muted from our DNA. And we need to actively push back against this because functional movements are ESSENTIAL to life. These are the movements as soon as a healthy baby is mobile they will display naturally. The deadlift -... bending over and picking up their pacifier. The squat - their favorite position to sit in to ð. And the press - reaching overhead for their favorite humans to pick them up. FF consists of these three basic physical skills, developed equally in a training program with a balance of physiological adaption, flexibility, core strength, balance, and strength. Class will consist of a dynamic warm-up, an essential movement lift, a cardio circuit, and auxiliary movements. All in an hour.
