NEW YEARS EVE/NEW YEARS DAY I need your input! Here is the plan so far. New years EVE (Thursday) the idea is casual/finger foods. (SOLD OUT) WINGS- I am going to make some new sauces but limit it to 5 options. WING PICK UP TIMES WILL BE NOON, 3PM, AND 6PM... CHORIZO queso dip- this is one of my favorite ways to show off my chorizo! BURNT END baked beans- These don't exactly make sense for this menu but people have been hounding me for these... So here they are! OPEN TO ADDITIONAL/ALTERNATIVE IDEAS! New years DAY I WILL BE doing pork and sauerkraut to keep tradition! I was ALSO considering a more formal PRIME RIB! I would love to hear your thoughts to see if there is enough interest for prime rib! PLEASE PRE ORDER IN THE COMMENTS ON THE ORIGINAL POST!

Merry Christmas! Sorry for the late notice but I will have pulled pork and brisket on hand from now until I see out through the holidays. I will be cooking this Saturday like normal but I have 2# containers to get you through! I'll also be around the store most of Christmas Eve and day just message to set a time.

PRIME RIB SATURDAY! With sides! Prime rib served with jus $1.50/oz is 10oz cut for $15 Mashed potatoes $7/qt Maple glazed carrots $5/pt Broccoli $3/pt... Pick up starting at 4pm Saturday (12/12) I won't go into great detail on the menu but everything (obviously) prepared from scratch. Prime rib will have a BACON SALT crust and prepared and seared on the smoker! That will also mean regular bacon and maple bacon back in stock Saturday. As well as a fresh batch of breakfast sausage.
