Michael Izzi in the last week- I used Joe's services this year while selling my home. Joe was the best! Joe was honest, knowledgeable, professional and went beyond the call of duty for me and my family. He fielded calls from me, my real estate agent, the buyer's agent and even the buyers! Dealing with septic failure during a real estate transaction normally doesn't bode well for all parties and with his expertise he not only found the solution for my complex system and property but also kept the deal together with the same buyers. If it wasn't for him I don't think we'd be settling next week. He exceeded all of our expectations and I would highly recommend using his services to anyone. Helpful?
