As we contact you this week, please keep in mind that we have to reschedule every single patient in our practice. Our goal is to try to see everyone within a four week time frame, and to schedule patients in roughly the same order they were previously scheduled, so the patients who have gone the longest without being seen will be the first ones rescheduled. We have also adjusted our schedule to limit the number of patients in the office at any given time to accommodate socia...l distancing, and to allow extra time for enhanced disinfecting procedures between patients. We know everyone is anxious to come in ASAP, but please be patient with our receptionists when they contact you. We are doing our very best to see everyone in the shortest time frame possible. Also, it is going to be very important to be on time for your appointments; with the adjustments to our scheduling procedures and the number of patients we are trying to accommodate in a short period of time, we unfortunately won’t be able to squeeze you in if you are late, and you will be rescheduled sometime in July. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We can’t wait to see you! See more

We have wonderful news! Since Delaware County is moving to the yellow phase, we will be reopening on June 9th. Our receptionists will be contacting all active treatment patients during the week of June 1st to schedule their next appointment. We are so much looking forward to seeing all of you!

We hope everyone is staying safe and well. We are asking our patients who are turning an appliance, to please STOP turning. Patients who are wearing rubber bands, please wear them on a part-time basis (at bedtime only) until your next appointment. As we previously posted, there is a contact number on our voice mail for acute emergencies. You may also reach us through email. We sincerely hope to see you all soon!

Governor Wolf has mandated that all dental offices in the state of PA must close. This mandate has been issued to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as well as to minimize the use of personal protective equipment, like gloves & masks, by dentists, so that it is available to those healthcare providers on the front lines of fighting this pandemic. No staff is permitted to enter our office until the governor lifts his order. Therefore, no one is able to be in the office to answer our phones. In the case of an acute emergency, a contact number will be on our voice mail. We love and miss our patients, and very much look forward to seeing all of you when this situation resolves. Stay strong, stay healthy, and STAY HOME to help the world beat this horrible disease.

As all of you know, the situation with COVID-19 is changing not only daily but hourly. We’ve been trying to access all relevant information in order to make the best decision for our patients, our office, and our community. If we accept that social distancing is the best thing we can do as individuals to lessen the impact of this virus to ensure the most people stay healthy, then our office must remain closed until it is safe to reopen. No matter how sterile we keep our envi...ronment, we cannot foster social distancing with a waiting room and treatment area full of people. As of now we will be closed through April 5, but may need to adjust as required. We are contacting all affected patients to reschedule in April. Someone is in the office a few hours each day to reschedule appointments and schedule new patient exams. We are also available to speak to you if you are having a problem with your braces, or to help you if you are having a true orthodontic emergency. We know closure of the office is an inconvenience and we truly apologize for how this may affect your schedule. Our main goal is that you and your families remain healthy. Take care. See more
