Dear Tenants, nice weather is here, so let's get outside and clean up your yards, fix your skirting, I will be going around and checking out your places and if something needs fixed I will let you know , I want a decent park , so it starts with the managers !!! So you all complain the park is this and that , ect ... i am getting things started , roads , places, cleaned out, and I'm working on getting roads finished, and some mobile homes taken down , but it takes time , but it also starts with YOU ..KEE YOUR MOBILE HOME SKIRTING NEAT AND UP, YARDS CLEAN AND GRASS CUT AND WEEDING DONE, I will be going around in the next couple weeks and checking on each place and notices will go out..if you need help with something just message me , I have tenants who are more than willing to help other people

Dear Tenants, thank you for staying out of Mike's way when he was doing the roads , I hope you feel much better driving on them now , I think they turned out good , Thank Mike when you see him .he will be finishing them up on Monday

Good evening tenants, Mike has been working on the roads and I started cleaning up the fields and with the weather getting nice please go outside and clean up your lots , we are trying to get the park looking good and I need your help in doing your part with papers , skirting , ect. Good evening tenants, it has been brought to my attention that a lady in a black suv has been stopping tenants and asking for drugs , if you see her again get me a picture and plate number , the police are aware , also please install cameras if you can , the more we have in the park is better.

We have a water leak , we may need to shut down the water for a bit , sorry for the inconvenience

Dear Tenants, I was just told another package was stolen off there porch , this is the SECOND one in a week. A police report was filed with the description of the vehicle.. IF I FIND OUT IT IS ANOTHER TENANT STEALING, THAT IS A AUTOMATIC EVICTION...KEEP IN YOUR OWN YARD ,, YOU WOULD NOT WANT SOMEONE TO STEAL YOUR STUFF...IT IS CALLED RESPECT...I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TELL ADULTS THIS ...ON THE SIDE NOTE , EVERYONE GET A CAMERA ..you can get 2 for 50 dollars at Walmart, the more areas in the park to have them the better.

Good Morning tenants I want to let you know a tenant and his daughter has got our community park a grant to trap and fix our strays and we will release them back, with this being said I want to let everyone know I will be hanging a flyer on your door Tuesday , please read it and make sure you follow it ..thank you , I also will post one at the mailboxes and at the office , if you happen to have a trap we can use please let me know immediately and we are also taking donations for Ashley Baca who put this all together, so if you know her and out tenant Al Baca thank them

Good morning tenants I wanted to give you a friendly reminder that your lot rent was due if you could submit a payment if you did not,, Also I am sure you all are well aware that Pennsylvania law says we are not allowed to evict before December 31st,, However there is stipulations to that ,, one Stipulation is you must get into an agreement with your landlord and it must be signed that you will be making payments, if you do not reach out to the landlord and have a sign document we are allowed to EVict before December 31st,, So please get in touch with me so we can get this settled,, Thank you
