This is the face of #girlpower. Jill is a frontline healthcare worker and first time home buyer. She went under contract two weeks into the lockdown on a home ...that was still under construction. There was a TON of uncertainty in the world, and it took real guts to make a decision this big under those circumstances. Fast forward five months and that risk paid off BIG TIME. This smiling face is the proud owner of a gorgeous new construction home with a 10 year tax abatement, two car parking, and all at a price that’s about 100K less than what the home would sell for under normal circumstances. So what’s with the THREE bottles? The left is for sipping. The middle is for shots. The right is for Josh. Also, we had some big roadblocks to overcome on this one, so I went overboard on the booze.
