Don't have any exercise equipment at home?? We bet you do!! There are so many common household items you can use to replicate exercise equipment without having ...to spend a ton of quiche! 1) Use a laundry detergent jug in place of a kettle bell. 2) Use a couch cushion as an uneven surface in place of a bosu or airex. 3) Hand towels on wood or tile floors work great as sliders to up your plank or bridge game. 4) Soup cans can replace lighter dumbbells. 5) Throw some soup cans in a backpack for a weighted vest. 6) Use the arm of a couch as a place to do tricep dips or incline push ups.
