As we move into the spring season, we awaken our bodies, move, dance and play, this Friday Night on Zoom. All are welcome! April 2: 7 -8:30pm EST... The Group Motion Friday Night Workshop is a guided process of movement, meditation, and improvisation. Participants dance together in a shared creative space online, connecting from various locations.

With heavy hearts, we wish to inform all of you who have not yet heard, of the death of Manfred Fischbeck, our beloved Co-founder and Co-Director of Group Motion. As we continue to carry on our activities, please join us to celebrate our diverse and creative community at this time, so valuable now and into the future.
