During freshman orientation, some new chemistry department students received their first words of advice from their new academic adviser, Dr. Homan; welcome class of 2024. What was the best pearl of wisdom you received from your academic adviser?

The fall semester is underway at Grove City College. There is new signage in STEM Hall to promote directional traffic flow through the building (in from the north and south, out toward the east). While it is campus closed and online instruction for the remainder of the spring semester at Grove City College, the sun is out, the daffodils are blooming and there is still great hope.
