Position: Outdoor Program Specialist full-time, temporary position from July October, 2018 Camp Redwing, Renfrew, PA Butler County As a member of the Outdoor Program Team, you will help design and support outdoor programs and events for girls which provide a high-quality experience and are girl-driven, girl-focused, and customized to address and meet the needs and interests of girls. ... Essential Duties & Responsibilities provide support to the Outdoor Experience Team; design and host programs and events for girls and volunteers; ensure groups are welcomed and accommodated; provide superior service and support to customers; coordinate work, supplies and materials for summer staff; implement summer camp programming as needed; Position Specifications & Qualifications experience in youth development and outdoor programming required; field based position with travel required throughout assigned area; based at Camp Redwing in Butler County but will travel to other camps as needed; certified in canoeing, archery, & lifeguarding OR willing to get certified; non-traditional work hours to include days, evenings and weekends; position runs from July thru October 31, 2018; must have reliable transportation; must be organized, detail oriented and customer focused; candidate must possess a can-do mentality, be responsible, and be a lifelong learner; TO APPLY: Submit resume and cover letter to [email protected]
