My name is Yvonne Clark. I am the director of the Walker's Neighborhood House a part of the Gussie M. Walker Community Outreach in New Castle, PA. We have been operating for 14 years serving children Monday through Friday during the school year and also the summer break. We have long outgrown the church basement. Our desire is to purchase a new facility to serve our children and even adults in our community with activities that will bring life into a community that is 85% low... income on the south side of New Castle. Since we began we have been a safe haven for more than 2000 children.
