Wayne Kratzer, unexpectedly passed away last weekend in a logging accident. He lived in Port Trevorton with his wife and two young daughters. His girls meant th...e world to him. Jones Mountain Coonhounds would like to donate a puppy in honor of Wayne Kratzer. Here’s a short backstory. While we never personally met Wayne, we talked at length over an upcoming litter of puppies - he was on our list for a puppy. We’ve been told, if you knew Wayne, you’d know the love and pride he had for his dogs! In memory of him, we’d like to offer a puppy raffle fundraiser. 100% of the proceeds go directly to the Kratzer family. To participate, buy in for one spot at $25. There is no limit to the amount of spots one person can buy. (Example. $100 gives four chances to win) There is also no limit on participants. This fundraiser will circulate for seven days. On Sunday, November 15th @7pm - we will draw the winner. Please feel free to share and reach as many people as possible to help support the Kratzer family. This little girl was born on September 26th 2020. She is registered in the United Kennel Club and the Professional Kennel Club. She comes from a long line of nationally winning competition hunting dogs. She has been carefully selected specifically for this benefit! While she has the potential to make an excellent hunting dog, she also has the sweetest temperament to make a life long companion. Lastly, any winners will be required to provide a personal reference to ensure this special girl has a permanent, loving home. Pickup is required at our home in Mifflinburg, pa at eight weeks of age - November 21, 2020. If you’re unable to travel out of state - We also have a reputable, professional transport who works nationally at the expense of the winner. (Approx. $300) **If the winner is unable to claim the puppy for any reason, we will do another drawing and so forth until we have an appropriate home.
