So with the weather warming up we are re-opening our outdoor dining, and the COVID 19 pandemic is shifting. We are excited to add a few qualified and talented team members to our team. Established in 1950 Hank's Place is the backbone of the community.... Job Description Looking to work in a fast pace environment and be part of core culinary team. We want to hear from you.The ideal candidate has previous experience as a line cook. Individual must have a strong work ethic, be timely and able to work in a team environment. This candidate must have skills on each area of the line, including pantry, grill, sauté, expediting and able to lead and teach other members of the team. General supervision and direction is a key responsibility of this position, ensuring that the line is always functioning smoothly, safely and efficiently. This position reports directly to the Owner-Executive Chef. Daily station prep, execution of dishes on station, station break down and clean up. Knowledge of, butchery, good knife skills all a must. Maintain a positive attitude and emotional maturity. Hourly wage is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
