This little moment in my house is not one I’ve shared before but it’s actually one of my most favorite. Firstly, everything is vintage or antique, which is my favorite way to decorate. I love the asian and chinoiserie elements, the rough and refined contrast, ancient and modern living in harmony. I love bringing outside elements inside too. And the bold material mix, concrete, stone, wood, iron, lacquer, decoupage, paint, rust, raw steel, and brass all come together with strong geometry to create a bold and graphic vignette. #casadee #hdimegareno #decoratingwithantiques #vintagestyle #chinoiserie #hannahdeeinteriors

Although I’ve never met @drewmcgukin, I’m lucky enough to have scored some fab bar stools from him back in the Viyet days. Have followed his super-talented self ever since. So as I am home sick, (not covid) Imma gonna #shareyoursightlines too, since this is my sight line from bed and I’m spending lots of time here right now. Living in a loft space I had to think carefully about how things look from above and below. And my giant window -one of three- brings the outside in.
