If we were in the gym this weekend we would be doing our Christmas Workout! And because it is always so much fun and I don’t want you all to miss it I’ve written one everybody can do at home..... no equipment needed! So don your festive red and green attire and find some motivational Christmas music and rock out this workout!!! Twelve days of Christmas ... 1 Burpee 2 V-ups 3 Inchworms 4 Mountain climbers 5 Push-ups 6 Sit-ups 7 Air squats 8 Jumping jacks 9 Supermans 10 Hollow rocks 11 Flutter kicks 12 Broad jumps So this is how it will go! In order to do this correctly you must sing along! On the first day of Christmas my coach said to do: 1 burpee (do 1 burpee) On the second day of Christmas my coach said to do: 2 v-ups and 1 burpee (do 2 v-ups and 1 burpee) On the third day of Christmas my coach said to do: 3 inchworms, 2 v-ups and 1 burpee And so on till you’ve completed the 12 Days Of Christmas! This can be broken down and worked on throughout the weekend but I challenge you to complete it! Time and picture or video to be posted in comments! Miss you all!

It is a beautiful day! Let’s get outside and move! Your challenge for today! Warm up first and put on your best running shoes! Start directly in front of your house. ... Walk to the first pole. Then walk briskly to the second pole. Run to the third pole. Walk to the next pole. Walk briskly to the next pole. Run to the next 2 poles. Repeat making it a 20minute run/walk. For those who have no poles in their neighborhood do it with a timer. Post pictures please!
