We wanted to create a creamy and rich coffee flavor without any acidity or additives so we cold brewed @chestnuthillcoffeeco espresso with local cream for 3 days and added a touch of vanilla bean to achieve the final product. Our Newest flavor has arrived...Malted Sweet Cream, Cherry and Chocolate Chips!!!

A Gâteau Basque has long been one of my favorite pastries to make so we couldn’t resist transforming it into its own ice cream/frozen custard. We started by making brandied cherries with vanilla bean and cinnamon then spun them with our homemade custard base using only locally sourced dairy and eggs. The result is a rich and decadent frozen custard brightened by layers of sweet brandied cherries. We made a limited amount so grab a taste while it lasts! @rybrewcafe #harpersicecream #phillyicecream
