Schneider Regional Medical Center in St. Thomas US Virgin Islands is in need of art after being hit by two Category 5 hurricanes, and suffering devastating damage to buildings and equipment. Most of its artwork was lost. While they have been actively restoring their operations, there is no foreseeable art budget.
