Due to the cold weather of winter, most people walk their dogs a little bit less than the warmer months. Even inside your home, your pup can still get quality exercise. Play indoor games with your dog, such as fetch, tug-of-war, hiding toys, and if it's possible to let them run around inside, then do so. Also, you can walk them up and down your stairs to keep them active.
