We are delighted to welcome Emily, Licensed Massage Therapist, to our Massage Department at Health Horizons! Emily is a 2018 graduate of the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy. She became interested in the human body at a young age. From sports and dance lessons to chiropractic care and physical therapy, health and wellness has always played a significant role in her life. Her passion and specialty in Massage Therapy involves specific, focused muscle work alleviating pain... through passive and active release, neuromuscular trigger point therapy, deep tissue and stretching. Outside of her career, she enjoys watching new TV shows, reading and venturing outdoors to go kayaking, hiking and swimming. She is available for appointments Mondays from 10am-3pm, Thursdays from 9am-2pm and Fridays from 2pm-6pm.
