I have started a journey. I finished beachbody 100 morning meltdown. Now I am on week 2 of the work. I am down 10lbs. Stronger. More flexible and happy.

Over the last few weeks I have been trying to assess my eating habits and trying to determine if I have the right mix especially if i want to reduce my percentage of body fat... Writing down or tracking your intake via an app is the easiest way to help ensure you are staying on track and to point out flaws on our own habits..
