I'm asking my friends to please share the news of our FREE Thanksgiving meal pickup/delivery in Connellsville... Each of us DOES have the opportunity to make a ...change in our local area. If YOU are in need of a meal on Thanksgiving Day, we are providing FREE MEALS... call City Hall at 724-628-2020....Or PM ME to sign up online. You MUST SIGN UP ahead of time to get a meal!! Sign Ups end November 19th. If you want to volunteer to deliver meals PM ME! Connellsville Area Community Ministries will be distributing individually packaged meals on Thanksgiving morning from 8-10. You can also choose to have your meals delivered (thanks to our INCREDIBLE staff and volunteers). Up to 10 meals per address. Meals will only need reheated. Available for ANYONE residing in the Connellsville School District. Our menu is turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green beans, roll, and dessert. Thank you Zia Maria's, Fox's Tavern, Clubhouse Pizzeria, and Yough Catholic Community for preparing our meals. We are better and stronger together!

Connellsville Area Community Ministries will be providing free lunches for students on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 11:30am-1pm be...ginning MONDAY JULY 6th at the following locations... Calvary Assembly of God 1316 S Pittsburgh St., Connellsville New Haven Hose 123 S 7th Street, Connellsville Lunches will be pick up only. On Tuesday you will get a lunch for Tuesday and a lunch for Wednesday. On Thursday you will get for Thursday/Friday. IF YOU can help distribute lunches at either location, please message us on our FB page! A HUGE thank you to everyone who is collaborating with us to make this possible. TEACH PA will be cooking all of the meals. Pastor Matt Goldsberry of Calvary Assembly has graciously opened his kitchen and facilities to us. New Haven Hose, thank you for providing the extra location! Last but not least, we are grateful to the community who has supported Connellsville Area Community Ministries financially. AND LUNCH PICK UP AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: 1. For Connellsville Township: Connellsville Township Fire Department: 905 Fireman Street, Connellsville 2. For Dunbar Township: Morrell VFD: 1323 University Drive, Dunbar 3. For Bullskin Township: Paradise Methodist Church 105 Hoke Road Mount Pleasant, PA 4. For Springfield CNP Elementary: Christian Service Center 3330 Springfield Pike Normalville 5. Connellsville Community Center: 201 East Fairview Avenue, Connellsville Connellsville Area Community Ministries will continue to provide volunteers to staff these locations. The district will be providing the meals. Thank you!

Peanut butter jelly time!!! CASD Teachers thank you!! They came down and volunteered their time to make lunch for CASD lunch pick up tomorrow!!! We would also ...like to thank some local establishments: D'Amicos, Connellsville Walmart, Martins and Keedys. They have gone above and beyond to get us what we needed and more. We would also like to thank the following companies for donating items to us. Galiker's Dairy, Schneider's Dairy, Herrs, Little Debbie, Nickles, and Stroehmanns. I can't even express how this community continues to always come together when there is a need.
