I will begin calling for scheduling beginning next week in hopes to be reopened by the 14th. The earliest to be open is May 8 but unfortunately with the increase of cases of COVID-19 in Franklin Co. have increased to levels that may delay opening past the 8th. Please be patient. This is out of my hands and I must follow guidelines. As for when the shop reopens it will remain curbside pick up and drop off. Due to the high volume of clients and staggered appointments all dogs ...must be picked up immediately after groom. Please allow extra time for your pets grooming as many are extremely overdue which requires much more work and to properly disinfect shop between every client. Anyone dropping off or picking up pets MUST wear a facemask per CDC guidelines unless paperwork from a doctor is presented before appointment stating inability to wear one. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this rule and your pet will be rescheduled if owners do not follow this guideline!!! Due to COVID-19 the shop will be closed until further notice. The shop will reopen as soon as possible. All of you wonderful people and pups stay safe and healthy!

While Animal House remains open at this time, there will be changes in our policies effective immediately due to COVID-19. Remain in your vehicle and I will come out to retrieve your pets. No clients will be allowed in the shop itself until further notice. If you are running a fever, showing symptoms of illness or have been in contact with anyone who has please reschedule your pets appointment. I will be making decisions on a day to day basis whether the shop will close during this pandemic. I will keep you posted.
