Hello, my name is Andrew Wolverton, and I am a first-year Master of Arts Management student. For the past five years, I taught high school Theatre, English, and Speech and Debate. Hey y'all, my name is Mary Yuengert and I am a first-year MSPPM student at Heinz College. I am originally from Carlisle, PA, and did my undergrad years at Boston College. Before coming to Heinz, I served in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps and worked on Capitol Hill in DC. In my free time, I love to hike, try new restaurants, and tend to my growing family of houseplants. Follow along with me as I take over the @HeinzCollege Instagram tomorrow, and see what life is like as a Heinz College student!
My name is Velie-Velia Sando, and I am a first-year MSPPM student at Heinz College. I was born in Douala, Cameroon, but my family migrated to the United States when I was 10 years old. Before pursuing my master’s, I taught Middle School English Language Arts in San, Antonio, TX. My favorite hobby is dancing, and I also taught modern African dance styles in my local San Antonio community before moving to Pittsburgh. I look forward to hearing from you tomorrow, April 8, when I take over the @HeinzCollege Instagram handle!
