I can’t help thinking of all the people who will be alone this Christmas. Can we get a prayer chain going for , the sick, the elderly, the poor, children who ar...e very sick, the homeless,the crippled because of drugs,and for anyone who needs prayer at this time of year. My Heart goes out for them. what made me think of this is I was at my local food market, I over heard a elderly couple trying to decide what they could buy , she said to him slow down we might not be able to cover this. I then turned around and looked in their cart they may had around $12-$15 of food and I thought to myself I have to help them so I excuse myself and said to them please get all the food that you need to keep it going and I will pay for it well of course they looked at me like I had three heads .He then said to me oh that’s quite all right we have enough to pay for what we have and I said I knew that but I want you to get more to keep you going and he said to me that is such a nice gesture and I said to him I will meet you up at the register and I hope you guys have a merry Christmas and a safe holiday and just be blessed. While walking away I just had tears rolling down my eyes because I know a couple people who don’t have money n are fighting drugs, and even homeless. I purchased hula hoops from Five Below, screwed them into some o...ld scrap wood, spray painted gold, and that’s it! The centerpieces are 24 hoops screwed to a 14 piece of wood. At the baby shower we were able to attach balloons and lights for a super cute centerpiece. Then, at the anniversary banquet we were able to attach lights and add some greenery to the bottom for a much more elegant look.
