Today, our Founder & President is celebrating her birthday by fundraising for Hello Bully! Without public events to bring in donations, these online fundraisers have been keeping our little rescue going. Let’s make this one a bash for Daisy’s 50th!

Join us in acknowledging @aspca ASPCA’s National dog fighting awareness day 4/8! Pictured in this photo is Daisy Wise @daisypitbull who is the Founder of @hello...bully along with sweet dogfighting survivor, @tyrionpittister Tyrion who appeared in our 2018 Calendar. Since 2008 several shelters that received fighting dogs have been able to conduct such evaluations and work with local and national breed rescue groups to place significant numbers of animals. Efforts to assess and rehabilitate such dogs serve to reinforce the fact that the dogs are victims and, like other victims of abuse handled by the shelter, are deserving of extra effort. If euthanasia is considered to be the only humane solution for many of the animals that were seized, the blame must be focused on the dogfighters who created the problem and not the shelters and law enforcement agencies that are attempting to respond to it. Congratulations to our gorgeous cover dogs for the Hello Bully 2021 calendar! Mogley and Reyna considered their Cocker Spaniel sister, Ruby, an "Honorary Pittie." Ruby has crossed the Rainbow Bridge, but today her Honorary Pittie status goes next level. We will be releasing all of the months this week, and calendars will be available for pre-order on Friday! Thank you all for supporting Hello Bully, and congrats to these three beautiful dogs.

It's official! The White House will be home to a rescue dog for the first time in American history! Major Biden, we look forward to seeing much more of you and Champ!
