This week was both challenging and affirming in many ways. I shared a little vid about how growth can be overwhelming and it was humbling to hear that so many people felt the same way. There’s WAY too much external pressure to scale these days and I’m going to continue to do it intentionally and on our terms. I’m proud to say that we are welcoming two new staff to the shop in a few weeks (Hi Alexa and Danè!) I’m also excited AF to share that we’ll be launching our first ligh...ting and furniture items later this year with some amazing partners so get your living room ready haha. Thanks for giving me the space be honest on the tough days. I can’t wait to keep growing with all of you! PSA: This week it is very hard to focus, just as last week was. We’re all trying to push forward but just a week ago we heard a call of the president asking a state official to find votes and then a few days later attempt to overthrow our government via an act of domestic terrorism that took five lives. Please give yourself space to be (very) angry, unproductive, sad or to just to take a step back. None of this is normal and we need to stop pretending it is.
