The Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Cranberry is hiring FT and PT Room Attendants. Weekend and holiday availability are a must. The Room Attendant will clean, dust, wax, scrub, polish and service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures. Stock cart with guest room supplies at beginning of shift. Greet any and all guests. Replace linens on beds and replenish guest room supplies. Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays. Rearrange furnishings, drapes an...d room accessories. Provide necessary linen and amenities to guests in accordance with the guest room legend. Leave the guest room in uniform arrangement as determined by the Executive Housekeeper and make sure the door is closed and the room is locked. Report any damage, hazards, repairs, ad strangers in assigned areas. Return any items found in guest rooms, hallways, or back of the house to the Housekeeping department as a lost and Found item and writing: the date, where it was found, description of the item, and the name of the person who found it. Clean all corridors and service areas. Respond to any projects or requests developed by the Housekeeping management team. The Guest Service Agent is responsible for performing a variety of customer service focused duties to facilitate a positive experience for our guests. Included in the Guest Service Agent's ...responsibilities are: checking-in and checking-out procedures, providing assistance to guests by answering questions and offering recommendations. Meeting and exceeding guests expectations by problem solving any unexpected travel changes. The Guest Service Agents are a liaison between the guest and the hotel. Requirements: Prior experience in a hotel guest service or front desk position. Upbeat personality, strong customer services skills, team player mentality. Must have weekend, evening and holiday availability.
