Checking on the breeders on this beautiful evening! They've been laying pretty well! First test batch of eggs is already in the Hatcher! Two more sets in the incubator to follow. around 80 eggs set so far. It's going to be a good hatching season. Getting 96% fertility.

Well it's obvious mother nature is screwed up. Some of the turkey hens started to lay now we get 2ft of snow lol So the first test run if eggs is in the incubator. Some slates and Lavs, also some of the palm varieties...can't wait to see how they turn out. Many of the hens are first year hens so the first few eggs tend to have bad fertility plus the cold weather...So hopefully soon as the weather breaks and it gets nice again all the hens will get into the swing of things and we will start filling the orders we have for hatching eggs. We will hold some eggs for hatching and then when all egg orders are filled we will continue to hatch the rest! Exciting times are around the corner!

Sneak peak of the Pea fowl! Hoping to breed this trio this year! Time will tell. They are all in their first year still. I'm going to see if I can find pics of their parents at my aunt and uncles farm. Father is a gorgeous India Blue. Mother's are India blues and black shouldered India blues. Can't wait for our guy to get older and start growing his train and for chicks to come so we can have more! Ps. These guys are waiting for the warmer weather so they can get into their bigger pen. This is just for winter to better protect them from the elements, they don't seem to mind it at bit. Barely any wind gets to them and the only snow or rain they can get in is in the bigger part. The rest is warm, dry and cozy...plus their upstairs neighbors are some pretty good looking young lavendar turkeys and buff silkies lol

All are all sold!! Thanks! Well it's time to show them off! For your consideration, Great Pyrenees mixed pups! Mom is golden retriever/lab cross. Dad is great Pyrenees with a tiny bit of Anatolian Shepard in him. There are 5 males and 5 females available. 3 colors to choose from. Black, white(some white have a golden tint), and Anatolian brown. $150 each to good homes!... $75 deposit and $75 due upon pick up. They will be ready March 7th. They will have thier first shots and dewormed. Pics of parents are in the comments. They will be pretty decent sized dogs! Mom is around 80lbs and dad is well over 100lbs at a year old. He will finish out around 160+ lbs. They will be excellent family dogs and great guardians of your flocks/herds/homes. Their daddy does great at keeping the coyotes and other critters away.
