HOLD UP WAIT A MINUTE ... . . . Dear 2020,... You challenged me in ways I never knew were possible. You forced me to lean on people when this is something I NEVER did. If you are here, you are blessed and should feel grateful. This year threw us many curveballs, it is how you overcome them is your strength.I honestly didn’t think that after the shut down we would recover and we had our most profitable year yet to date. Listen, owning a business is seriously hard. Juggling being a wife, mom, friend, business owner man it’s hard and I hear things like; how do you do it? You always have your shit together, I wish that and I wish this.... listen up.... it’s your LIFE take control. Yes, I get up, work out, shower and get dressed for the day because that sets my tone. If I don’t do those things I have zero motivation. But, that’s me i know that if I don’t accomplish those things the rest of my day is shit. You are the only person in your way from achieving whatever it is that you want. MANIFEST THAT SHIT!!! You want to be happy make it happen, you want to have a full book MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! HUSTLE and never take no for an answer. This year has changed me. I’ve grown in ways I can’t even begin to put into words. I got to spend the MOST time with my husband and kiddos than ever before. When I look at the pandemic I look at the things that it has given me and what it has taught me not the negatives. It’s like the glass half full or empty life is exactly like that. I’ve gained friends in different states and we’ve never even met before but they have been there for me to lean on because they push me to be better. Choose that, choose happiness, choose whatever the hell it is that forces you to level up. I choose to celebrate the good things this year. I choose to never let anything hold me back. The question is, what will you choose? . . Thank you so very much if you have read that and have been with me through this. What a hell of a year we’ve had and I owe it all to my clients. This holiday was a little different for all. . . Some spent it alone, some spent it just with their immediate family and some gathered largely. Whatever you did, I hope that it was exactly how you wanted it to be. Judgment free zone here.
