Sooo....the plan was to open in Mildred the beginning of January....in light of the PA restrictions, if they continue past January 4th, I will still be available online. Please contact me for more information on how this will work. If there is enough interest for online, I will actually be able to start earlier than January. Yoga classes, yoga nidra, and meditation guidance will be available through the online services. Please contact me for details.

HELLO EVERYONE!!!! It has been a long time, but I am considering a space in Sullivan County to use as my new studio.....so I'm reaching out to all of my sullivan county, southern bradford county, and lycoming county friends to please reach out to me with any interest. I'm so excited!!! It would be still be private sessions or possibly two people to keep social distancing standards. I will still be offering services online as well. Hope you will join in my new adventure!!! I will keep everyone informed, and once I get the space open I hope you all will spread the word!
