Announcement: On Monday, 10/19, all originally proposed satellite election offices will be open; however, five of the locations will function as dropoff locatio...ns only. This means voters who visit these five locations will simply be able to drop off their own voted ballot, during normal hours of operation. We plan to update these locations to offer full services as soon as additional staff becomes available. The five offices serving as drop off locations, starting on 10/19, are: - Riverview Place (Center City) - Joseph H. It is our hope that we will be able to hold a meeting in some capacity for June, even if it is a virtual meeting. Good afternoon neighbors, In compliance with the City of Philadelphia's Stay at Home order and for the health and safety of our community members, Holmesburg Civic Association will not be holding a general membership meeting for the month of April. We will keep you updated on the status of May's meeting. We would especially like to thank all of our Holmesburg neighbors who are essential employees. You are putting your health and safety on the line every day in the name of the health and safety of others. We are truly grateful for all you do.

Our next general membership meeting will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, March 10th at 7:15pm at Holmesburg Recreation Center.

DVRPC is working with the Mayfair Business Improvement District (BID), Philadelphia City Planning Commission (PCPC), Philadelphia Streets Department (Streets), and the Philadelphia Office of Transportation, Infrastructure, and Sustainability (OTIS) on a multi-phase transportation study to address concerns along the Frankford Avenue corridor between Cheltenham Avenue and Rhawn Street. The meeting will address the second phase of the project: a transportation study focused on... safety improvements for the Frankford Avenue corridor from Cottman Avenue to Rhawn Street.
