I am very sorry to those of you who reached out to order items and I missed the messages because my app was signed out! Hey there everyone, I’m having a good couple of days and considering making my amazing cinnamon rolls this weekend; anyone interested? This is ONLY FOR CINNAMON ROLLS, NO PIES! My dear friends and customers... It is no secret that I have been fighting a lot of health issues the last year, because of that along with circumstances beyond my control, my business has suffered! It has taken some time, but, I was recently diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis... As difficult as this has been, I am happy to finally have a diagnosis! I am in the early stages of this diagnosis, and will not be able to see a neurologist until late January! Because of this, I am t...emporarily shutting down HBH... My hope is that I will see this neurologist and he will be able to get and keep me in remission so I can get back to baking for you all! This year has challenged me and I am devastated that I cannot bake! Baking holds a special place in my heart, the memories I have of me and my grandmother, baking for days and days together, is what motivated me to start HBH! The baking and memories I have made with my daughter, my right hand, my partner, they are wonderful but short! It’s not time for us to close shop for good, and I promise, for her, and for my loyal customers that I will fight very hard to be able to do this again! I am incapable of a lot right now, and, my biggest issue is my memory! Cakes without sugar are not good! And no one wants burnt cookies! So, please don’t forget us, we plan on coming back strong and we will need your support when we do! Thank you all for your support thus far! My childhood BFF’s daughter got married today and I had the honor of baking all the desserts for her special day! It’s my first time baking for a wedding I was attending, where I didn’t know many people, so the pressure was on; if I didn’t do well, I would hear it, bc no one knew I did the baking!!! But, things went overwhelmingly well, and I received nothing but positive feedback, and saw A LOT of empty dessert plates!! Everything was beautiful, my BFF and her daughter did ...a beautiful job executing their plans for an absolutely gorgeous wedding, and the weather was perfect!
