As many of you know, I absolutely LOVE summer, the more heat, the better!!!! In the past, fall has represented my favorite time of the year coming to an end. This year, God is teaching me to love and appreciate each season He has created! Join me in welcoming Fall, a season for new beginnings, transformation, and growth!

As I was cleaning out my desk this morning, I came across a little gift tag a client gave me several years ago. I was reminded of the symbolism of a butterfly which is also the symbol of Hope in Healing. For the past 5 years, September has represented new beginnings, and this little reminder spoke to my heart today! Change can feel scary but God's plan is for change to be easy and light. Embrace change this September with an unwavering Trust in God and Faith knowing that His Plan is always in our Highest and Best Good! The Butterfly Butterflies are a symbol of resurrection, hope, joy and new beginnings. Live life to the fullest, love more, laugh more and spread your wings. Embrace change with faith in knowing that this is the essence of life.

Love this! Reminds me of a quote from Adelle Davis, a nutritionist. She recognized that our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions are foundational to our health. We are indeed much more than what we eat, but what we eat can nevertheless help us to be much more than what we are.

Jesus wants us to place our trust in Him and He will make our path straight. When I pray and give God my fears, I always thank Him afterwards. The thanking Him part helps me feel the weight of the fear lift, knowing He is solving the problem for me and I don’t have to worry anymore.

Let’s keep growing together into a more beautiful version of ourselves! When God weeds are garden, He always plants a flower!
