By identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into a new mobile traffic signal platform, Al helped to create a new form of traffic control that increased safety and efficiency for workers and the motoring public. Al’s entrepreneurial spirit, vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment has made Horizon Signal the recognized leader in the Portable Traffic Signal Industry. Al is survived by his wife, Georgette, and his children Monique, Marcelle and Michael, and many grandchildren.
