Last week, Hospice staff were honored to help coordinate and fulfill one of our patient’s wishes to pet a greyhound. Bo, the greyhound, was a hit and brought a smile to our patient’s face. Our patient had been part of a group that rescued greyhounds locally. The group would walk together in Millersville and take the dogs to visit people. This is just one of the many benefits to calling Hospice & Community Care early in an illness. Our team of dedicated clinicians honor patients’ and families’ hopes and wishes every day helping them live life to the fullest. https://www.hospiceandcommunitycare.org/hospi/when-to-call/
