It’s been a pleasure teaching you house party fitness throughout this whole quarantine and wanted to express my gratitude to all of you.From the different locations from where I recorded house party fitness is an experience that I will never forget . The locations brought peace within my soul and tried my best to channel that to you. You are the core for my HPF existence! This year my fit fam has brought me to my Fittest I’ve been in 15 years. Now you guys on my Instagram know I’ve done everything during this pandemic from running, zoom classes, kick boxing/ extreme burn, step even dancing to DJ’s live on Instagram or Facebook!!
