Dear Sir or Madam, I am calling your office to voice my concern regarding the difficulties non-profit, small games of chance licensees, are facing during the current Covid-19 Pandemic. I wanted to let you know that I would like you to support either placing the verbiage as written from House Bill (HB) 2764 as an amendment to House Bill (HB) 777 for passage, or placing that verbiage into the current fiscal package for passage to allow for online raffles and the ability for these licensed organizations to accept electronic payment using credit and debit cards. These non-partisan changes will allow civic, veteran, and educational organizations holding small games of chance licenses to fundraise through this pandemic and continue their good works for our communities and the Commonwealth as a whole.
