Are you one of many customers who waited forever to receive your Uber Eats orders? for the last 3-4 weeks, we had to wait around 45-60 minutes for Uber Eats drivers to pick up the orders from our restaurant (and sometimes not picked up at all). This is a classic example of a company who do not care about their customers, and all they care is MONEY. We brought this issue to their attention numerous times by phone and emails, but nothing was done to correct it. They signed up a...s many restaurants as they could, but they simply don't have enough drivers to fulfill the orders. Goodbye Uber Eats, we had enough, and we hope other restaurants will do the same. Our reputation is more important to us than few more dollars in the bank!
