Hyndman Vol. Fire Department

Tonight members participated in a pumps training for our monthly training

Members are currently at our monthly training going over pump operations and supply operations.

We have a few tickets remaining for the April 18 Chicken BBQ. We are at the station now if anyone wants to stop by to purchase them

This month members participated in a Hydrant drill and vehicle placement for hose line advancement. Training allows firefighters to respond more efficiently, reducing the property damage caused by fires. We are actively looking for new volunteers! Contact us today to learn more!

Members turned last evening into a work night. This allowed us to ensure our brush fire equipment was working efficiently, but at the same time cleaning up the abundance of overgrown material along the roadway.

TODAY at approximately 1:30 pm, the Hyndman Volunteer Fire Department and Hyndman Area Rescue Squad will begin the processio...n route for Chief Ronald Allen Spiker Jr. The procession will begin at Bible Gospel Church and follow Hyndman Road into the town and will follow the map below. The procession will make two trips around the below route. At this time we ask the Hyndman community to fill the streets of Center, Market, Cunningham, & Pine to honor our true hero. We also ask that you please remove your vehicles from the following streets Center, Market, Cunningham, & Pine beginning at 12:00 pm to allow for proper positioning of apparatus.
