With the current cases within the school district and athletic programs the Lakeview School District has had to postpone the Varsity Wrestling Program and Girls... Basketball Program. Wrestling will resume competition on Saturday 1/23 and the girls basketball program will also resume on Saturday 1/23. Schedules will be posted on the athletics website once they have been updated. Attention Lakeview School District: Due to a significant increase in positive Covid 19 cases, the number of students now in quarantine AND a shortage of staff..... Full Remote Learning will start tomorrow Tuesday, January 12 and run through Thursday, January 14. There will be no school on Friday, January 15 and Monday, January 18. On Tuesday January 19, the district will follow a hybrid schedule. This is in response to PDE and CDC data, as safety for staff and students is at our forefront. You are encouraged to visit the district website for more information. The Food Service Department will continue to serve free meals during this time. Meals can be picked up on Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the high school concession stand. The Mercer County Career Center will continue to follow its hybrid schedule with transportation being provided to and from the career center. We appreciate all our community is doing to stop the spread of COVID-19 in order to keep our students and staff safe.
