FREE INTRO CLASS THIS WEDNESDAY-12/09 @ 6:30PM** With everything going on these days it is imperative to keep your body healthy and fit. Fitness is a HUGE preventative measure and should be essential in all aspects of the word. Unfortunately, a lot of talk is about treating the problem instead of how to avoid the problem as best we can! Equipment is cleaned after every single use by the athlete and disinfected by staff members after-hours as well. Fresh air is well circulated through our two big garage doors on each side of the facility. Hand sanitizer stations easily accessible. Help yourself or someone you know to stay healthy and fit by joining us Wednesday at 6:30PM!!!
