While doing my morning coffee read for myself, a regular morning exercise, These animals showed. One morphing into the next. Thoughts and/or interpretations?

Any external transformation must start with a desire, coming from the soul. If you desire a change to your physical appearance, physical health or how you are perceived by others, you must first make that conscious decision to do something different. Most times you already know what to do, but have procrastinated in doing so. If this is your desire...now is the time to demand more of yourself. NOT more than you (know you) are capable of, but more than you were willing to push the limit to before. You got this...go out and be AWESOME today!
