Important announcement for Sisters: ICWP pre-COVID configuration accommodating the Sisters is back. Sisters are now welcome to attend prayers at the Masjid. Few changes are implemented: 1- Mandatory COVID configuration applies including wearing masks at all times, bring your own prayer rug, keeping 6 feet apart, use hand sanitizer available at the entrance, and staying home if you feel feverish. 2- A Sisters Entrance will be made available where Sisters can take off their s...hoes upon entry. This is the single door to the right of the double main entrance door. Please do not crowd the small area and be quick entering and exiting. 3- The sunnah for Sisters attending Jama3a is for Sisters to leave before men. Please, try your best to leave as soon as Jumaa prayer is over. Brothers please wait for Sisters to pass through the hallway to exit. 4- The Sisters’ restroom is small, please for emergency use try to keep use at one Sister at a time using the restroom. This is to inform all community members that Akhtar Bajwa, father of Omar Bajwa and father-in-law of Sara Bajwa, passed away in Pakistan. We ask Allah to forgive him, have mercy on him, be generous with him, grant him Jannah and protect him from the punishment in the grave, Ameen. As Salaamu Alaykum. Alhamdulillah, as a reminder ICWP will be resuming Jumu'ah Prayers today Friday, June 12th, 2020. Please remember to strictly follow the instructions and guidelines listed below: Schedule: Doors open: 1:15 PM Adhan/Khutba: 1:30 PM... Salah: 1:45 At this time, only men between the ages of 13-65 may attend. Sisters should stay home for their own safety and since Jumu’ah is not obligatory upon them. Sisters will be permitted in the near future, In sha Allah. Those that are ill, have a cough, fever, or have high-risk health conditions, or are immunocompromised MUST stay home. You MUST bring your own prayer rug and a face mask which is to be worn the entire time. (NO ENTRY allowed to enter the Masjid if you do not have a prayer rug and a face mask.) Please, remember to take your prayer rug home when leaving. You must be at least 6 ft apart from each other at all times; before, during, and after the prayers. This also applies when entering and exiting the masjid. No handshaking or hugs. Please do wudu at home. Wudu area/bathrooms will be opened only in emergency situations. Please take an open designated spot in the prayer hall that is available at the front. Prayer spots are clearly marked for your convenience. Do not fill spots randomly. Front rows must be filled first. When leaving, please allow for an orderly exit, back row exiting first. No books or literature should be handled while in the Masjid, including Qur'an. Please bring your own and remember to take it with you when leaving. No congregating before or after the prayer. Please leave as soon as the prayer is over. Minimum time in such gatherings is recommended, hence the shorter khutba. Please pray your after Jumaa Sunnah at home, so that everyone can exit in an orderly fashion. Please recognize that by attending you are a willing participant with the understanding that it carries an increased risk of being infected. Therefore, you agree to assume all risks associated with such a gathering and release ICWP administration and volunteers from any and all claims arising out of or related to any possible illness.
