Difficulty with letter reversals is frequently associated with dyslexia however, often times letter reversals are due to visual processing delays. Vision Therap...y helps to remediate deficits in visual discrimination, visual memory, visual closure and laterality all of which are essential for being able to properly identify letters. While Developmental Optometrists do not diagnose and treat dyslexia, Vision Therapy may be a helpful tool for treating or alleviating symtoms associated with dyslexia. When the red-...light illuminates, the patient must find the light and press the button as fast as possible.
