As 2020 draws to a close, we’d like to take a moment to recognize our team and everything they have accomplished this year. During the shelter-in-place phase of the pandemic, the IMS team rose to the occasion and used the time as an opportunity to improve our quality of services and bring our processes to the next level by taking on 100 initiatives and completing them in 100 days. With the help of everyone on the IMS team, we invested in our future and that is something to celebrate! We wish everyone a safe, happy, and healthy holiday season.
