Did you know?? Two of our clinicians at In Him have been checking in with Pastor Ryan at New Life Community Church every Thursday at 12:00 for a Facebook Live conversation. This month they've been talking about healthy thought patterns and how to develop a positive mindset by using counseling interventions and relying on God to help us break those old ways of thinking. We have three AMAZING opportunities for you at this time! Here's what we have going on right now with our team. 1. We are offering a wellness package for those interested in exploring their overall health and well-being at the start of this new year. For $60/session, you will get 10 sessions of custom treatments including mental health therapy, nutritional consultation, financial counseling, massage, creative arts, or exercise/movement sessions! This is a great, AFFORDABLE, one day event to help couples create a thriving marriage right from the start. The workshop is on January 30th, 2021, from 9 AM until 2 PM and it only costs $10 per couple! You can register on our website. 3. We are also excited for Alexa Glatfelter to be leading Mind, Body and Soul exercise classes at our Carlisle location every Monday morning at 9:30 AM. It only costs $10/class, and she would love to help you learn more about how God created you perfectly while leading you on a wellness journey. She is passionate about mind, body, soul health, and the overall interaction of all the parts of who we are. She is able to meet to discuss any type of holistic health concerns, questions, and goals, and specializes specifically in exercise and movement, along with mindfulness tools. She is eager to help encoura...ge you to be the most well version of who God created you to be! One way you can experience mindful practices, physical exercises, and spiritual disciplines all in one place is at our Carlisle Community Mind, Body, Soul Classes. Happening every Monday at 9:30am at New Life Community Church - $10 a class. We’d love to see you there! We are excited to announce a wellness package that we are launching for 2021! We want to help you become the best version of yourself, and what better way to do that than by intentionally focusing on your spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical well-being? For a limited time, we would like to offer a 10-session package of assorted services for $60 per session. These sessions can include one-on-one appointments for mental health counseling, massages, nutrition consultation,... specialized exercise/movement programs, financial management, creative arts, and therapy focused on spiritual or relational health.
