This image of Downpatrick was taken in 2011, back then I thought nothing of lying over a cliff edge for a photograph, I wouldn't be so carefree now. The shutter was open for one and a half seconds, which was just enough time to give motion in the water as it crashed into Downpatrick Head

If anyone has any connections to this family, please contact the St. James Alumni Association. How wonderful would it be to return this to Joseph’s family?

Was very saddened to hear about the passing of one of Ireland's truly great sculptors - Jeanne Rynhart. Jeanne's most famous works were the Molly Malone in Dubl...in and the statues of Annie Moore and her brothers in Cobh. Jeanne often got her work cast here where my father and brother were successfully bronze casting for many artists at the time, including Jeanne. Her statue of Annie Moore and her brothers in Cobh and their accompanying statues in Ellis Island New York were sculpted by Jeanne herself - and ultimately cast into bronze here in Kilbaha by my father Jim and my brother Seamus - both wonderful sculptors themselves and indeed they both held Jeanne in high regard indeed. Jeanne Rynhart has made an indelible mark on the Irish artistic landscape and will be forever remembered as such. May she Rest in Peace. #irishart #jeannerynhart #bronzesculptures #bronze #inspiringirishartists #kilbahagallery #connollybronzefoundry https://www.irishtimes.com//irish-sculptor-jeanne-rynhart-
