InSight Vision Care

Insight Vision Care will resume normal business hours starting Monday, May 18th. However, some things at the office will change. All patients entering the office will be asked to wear their own mask or face covering. We are also incorporating more time in between appointments to limit the number of people in the office. To further ensure this, we ask that only the patient needing service enter the office. Please no extra visitors at this time with the exception of a care taker for minors or elderly patients. We ask that anyone who has traveled outside the area or who has experienced cough, fever, or other COVID symptoms in the last 14 days to reschedule. We have missed you all and thank you for your continued understanding and support!

To all of our valued patients: based on the guidelines from the CDC effective today, Insight Vision Care, will not be seeing patients for routine exams until further notice. We will, however, be available for any medical conditions or emergencies that should arise. Our office hours will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10 am to 2 pm for scheduling, ordering products, etc. Dr. Pfeil will take phone calls outside those hours should an emergency arise. We hope everyone understands that the safety and good health of both our patients and our staff is of the utmost importance. We hope this is a very temporary situation. I hope you’re staying safe and healthy during the evolving COVID 19 outbreak. For now we will remain open, but we will be monitoring the situation daily. If you are immunocompromised or experiencing flu like symptoms, you are to reschedule your appointments. We would like to limit the number of individuals in our waiting areas. If possible, leave siblings and relatives at home. If you are picking up glasses or contacts, our staff is willing to deliver them to your car if you... call in and let us know that you are in the parking lot. We would suggest contact lens patient take inventory of your remaining lenses. If you need to reorder, we will ship lenses directly to patients on any order over $100. We will allow expired scripts to be filled at this limited time. Thank you for understanding and cooperating during these difficult times.
